Unit Unpacked………
1- insert the legs and the eye bolts.
2- put in all 4 legs
NEW for 2020 – We use metal rings to hold the plumbing. (Below) Not the plastic spacer shown in the following pictures.
4- threads will only grab a little bit.
5- all installed
6- connect the header box support arm top and bottom.
7- leave bolt on sluice, slide on arm, add wingnut.
8- with mats and moss in sluice add the hold down as shown.
9- add wingnut underneath to hold down
10- install dampener mat / pool mat as shown.
11- if you ordered clay claw install as seen below. Just make sure when it swings up it does not hit the spray tube.
12- loosen wingnuts slightly and adjust the grizzly bars. Just make sure they don’t hit the sluice when you lift the box up.
13- You’re all set to run.
